    Hey, they`ve decreased my limit ! And no reason . No notification ! No letters . I was going to pay AX for my car repears today but my card did not go thru. It was no money available. When I called they could not explain me the reason. It was a very embarissing situation

    As a small business owners we use the card for some personal and business transactions. I have to note that American Express is charging too much for their sevices. They should be more understanding of our current economic situation. They are a very large corporation and definitely not under as much of financial stress as small-business America. Shoule help the users by relaxing their rates and rules a bit…
