Apex Debt Relief works to settle unsecured debt in the shortest amount of time. They set up their clients with an affordable monthly savings plan, (which is determined on a client-by-client basis).
Based upon what one is able to set aside and save each month in the trust account, ADR can determine how many months the client will be a part of the program, and ultimately determine when will he be free of unsecured debt. Upon enrollment, ADR will draft cease and desist letters for client to forward off to the creditors. This will advise the creditors to only contact the client through mail. Reaching a settlement can be a very lengthy process, and usually takes several phone calls and communications between Apex Debt Relief and the creditor.
Once a settlement offer has been reached, and client has agreed on this amount, ADR will obtain that settlement offer in writing from the creditor.
They will then authorize a check to be distributed from client’s trust account and overnight this to the creditor.
